Payment terms, pricing, and billing cadence are as described at the point of purchase for each product or service. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider's total liability arising out of or related to these services shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind. Client acknowledges that participation in any service offered here is voluntary and assumes responsibility for their own wellbeing in response to any assigned protocol or consultation.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone, at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, negotiated limits, or safety protocols.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
