The 90-Day Protocol

For those ready to be held accountable.
01–07
Intake / Diagnosis
Your case file opens. A full assessment of your limits and history. Your first protocol is issued.
08–30
Induction
Daily accountability begins. Foundational discipline. You learn what compliance costs, and what it earns you.
31–60
Escalation
The real work. Assignments intensify. This is where most men find out what they're actually capable of holding.
61–90
Integration
Discipline stops being assigned and starts being who you are. By day 90, you won't need to be told twice.

The 30-Day Calibration

For those who aren't new, but need to learn me.

Thirty days isn't less work. It's less time spent teaching you what you already know, so we can spend it all learning what pleases me specifically.

01–05
Calibration Intake
Your history, your prior training, and your limits are reviewed. No foundational material, we start from where you already are.
06–20
Attunement
Daily calibration to my specific preferences, standards, and protocols. This is where you learn what pleases me, not what pleases discipline in general.
21–30
Standing Protocol
Your calibrated protocol becomes standing. By day 30, you operate to my standard without being retaught it.
